I purchased the Winx machine in May 2017, using the 12 months/no interest plan. I was looking for something better than the uncomfortable regular face mask. Everybody was very cooperative and helpful getting me used to the machine.
In the middle of July, I began experiencing what the two previous reviewers did; no answer, no call backs, no email return, etc. for three weeks. I finally assumed that they had gone "belly-up." I have contacted my VISA provider, and they have credited my account for the three payments I had made and put a stop on any future payments. They are currently investigating Apnicure. I recommend others do the same.
I am frustrated because I was optimistic this was going to work. The least they could have done was notify their customers.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
