So I got the bankruptcy letter in the mail yesterday, which confirms my suspicion that they've closed up shop! It sucks because it was working for me and now it's back to a mask. I've contacted the CEO and CFO on LinkedIn to tell them how unprofessional they are for keeping us in the dark. The CFO actually wrote back to say sorry and that he is working for another company now.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
From the outset, I was very happy with the Winx. They offered a special deal of 40% off if I purchased the machine outright, which I did. Just recently my dog ate my mouthpiece, and I went to the website like I always do to place an order for supplies and I have not gotten a response.
For a company that's been around for so long, that's just terrible customer service. I loved that it freed me from the mask, I even had a sleep study done with it, and it worked! I am so disappointed that I cannot get a mouthpiece. I wish there was an aftermarket mouthpiece I could buy!
