I have been taking probiotic supplements (one every morning) for about a year and a half and with adding a cup of plain yogurt to my daily diet and regular exercise three times a week (cardio), I have never felt better and also have lost about twenty-five pounds. I am convinced that the probiotic supplements have played a major role in my better digestion, health and well being. I say this because when I ran out of my first 3-month supply, I could tell the difference in my digestion just waiting for the re-order to arrive.
