    The worst ever

    I had a difficult experience receiving this equipment (which should have told me something), although they took my money easily enough. When it would not work on my Samsung TV, I tried calling and emailing their customer service number (because they never answer the phone), and have yet to hear from them. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
