    Worst customer support ever

    I'm starting to think that an October 2017 update is going to put this company out of business. Since then my WiFi has been awful despite having 6 units in a 3400-square foot house. They don't return calls as promised and they fail to follow through on chats and messages and emails.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      This is because of the traditional mindset to configure a router. Just step back and think like a non-techy person. It's a breeze.
