I really do love my Kyrobak! If you are diligent and you lay on this for ten minutes every single day, you will absolutely improve the circulation of oxygen and blood to your pelvis area, hips and lower back. Whether you notice a difference, I cannot say, but I can’t imagine how it wouldn’t work to improve circulation. But, it won’t work unless you lay on it! You must be disciplined and do as it says!
