I was informed that my claim was approved and it would arrive in two days. It has been over three weeks, and nobody will reply to my messages. What gives? I keep getting the same automated response. I thought they were a good company, but now I feel cheated.

I am amazed. Their underlying business premise is to provide actual coverage for their clients. Unlike every other insurance company, they are not driven by profit. It seemed to me that employees under the former model were trained to act like an obstacle to receiving your claim rather than facilitate the process.
The experience, from the very beginning, has been awesome. Easy, fair prices, straightforward, and when one of my prized antiques was damaged from a neighbor's flooded toilet, my claim was processed in an efficient and expedited manner. I've never known an insurance company like this and I'm certain this is the company I will stick with.
