    My rating is one star because you can’t rate lower

    I ordered the trial of this product for $4.95. I did not see any information indicating I must cancel to avoid receiving and being charged for additional product. I did receive and returned two shipments requesting a refund of the nearly $180 my account was charged. I received two email messages acknowledging receipt of the returned items.

    After a couple of weeks with no refund, I emailed requesting that a refund be made. I received another email this time stating that to make a return you must call to get some number. I responded that if they would give me that number, I would contact them to give them the number they had assigned. The last email I received said that since the return was past the 30-day return policy, they could not make a refund.

    Seems as though their reason for not making a refund is going to be a different one each time to avoid returning my money. Seems to be a method for the company to make a profit even if it costs them customers. Apparently, a customer is not worth anything to them.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
