I bought this product and had them replaced twice because they quit working. BIG problem. When you hit something with a hammer it will adjust. Not good. I tried to get some help with it and they wanted me to pay $500.00 to replace them for the third time. They just stopped working.
Save your money, buy something else! This is not good, short of a scam! I am NOT a happy customer.

Paul, thank you for your review. As a shopper, I would be interested in more details with your experience. I didn't understand the hammer reference. How much time transpired between each of the replacements? Did they work well at first and then after some point, they died?

The ones you sent me have also quit, sorry, but they have not worked for me. I have gone by the book, all the cleaning, have NO wax problem, have not worn in shower, only lasts about three months. Sorry that you have problems, but it is a good idea, needs more work. Thanks for the time and consideration.

More trouble than they are worth. I purchased the product over one year ago. There were issues 8 months into it, but the company would never call back once your call goes into voice mail. I have called multiple times and no one seems to want to take ownership of the situation. I had to pay an addition $300 for a new charger and they gave me another earpiece (since they felt it was the issues). It was not. The units just stopped working. Now, they will not take back the charger nor the earpiece. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on their lack of customer service, follow up and performance. Doesn’t make sense to spend this kind of money for a product that might work for one year.

We spoke with our Client Care team, who confirmed we are replacing your left hearing aid at no charge. Regardless of the charger you use, LEDs show continuously scrolling white lights or even a red light anytime the left device is inserted on either side. Our team said you spoke about deciding whether you will keep your new charger as a back up at no additional cost. It’s important to know more than 90% of our returned devices are due to wax, oil or biofilm build-up on the charger.
