I had AARP Hartford insurance for over 9 years without a claim. One night I finally needed some roadside help. After hours on the phone they left me stranded in the desert. The next day they told me it was mistake, with an off handed sorry. I called again and canceled them. I saw MetroMile on Facebook. I called and it was easy, no pressure sales pitch. I'm now a happy customer and I am saving over half of what I paid at AARP Hartford. Since then I have had several friends change over. Plus I like the fact that they are a new company on their way up.
