I ordered the product online in late December 2017. After a month of no product, I went to the website to contact customer service. The phone number did not work. I received a postcard in early February stating I would not be charged until the items were shipped. In early March I notice my credit card statement showed a charge for the product on February 7th. Today I called the phone number on my credit card statement. A representative assured me a refund would be issued in 3 to 5 days. The rep would not send an email to me acknowledging the refund going back to my credit card account. What a hassle all for nothing.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
