I bought a Genie Hour Glass waist training belt size L/XL from Hyperli recently. I wore it twice, and the belt was so painful and scratchy that by the time I was done training on both occasions, it had damaged my back where I had wounds and visible cuts on my back.
I sent them a complaint asking for my refund as I can't use the product anymore and even sent them a picture of what it did to my back. I didn't get any response. I followed up with them again only to get a service consultant telling me that she's sorry to hear I'm not happy, as if I just don't like the product, and not acknowledging the fact that the product is dangerous, and advising me they unable to assist with a return and refund due to the nature of this product, and that had I notified them on the same day I received the product they would have been willing to refund me as it would have been unused and in the original packaging.
Now, being unhappy with the waist trainer was an understatement, this product damaged my back, and they have the audacity to tell me they unable to assist with a return and refund, what am I supposed to do with it? Hand it over to someone else only for them to be wounded too? Throw it away, and my hard earned money is gone? Unacceptable.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
