    Hazuki Glasses

    Very poor customer service

    My father ordered these glasses in June 2017. However, shortly after that, he was admitted to the hospital and passed away in January 2017. When cleaning out his house, I found the unopened box. The glasses were very expensive, and I have contacted Hazuki about returning them, but they refuse to take as after the 90-day return policy. I can understand that, but this is an extenuating circumstance in which the customer couldn't tell me he had even ordered them. Very poor customer service.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
