    I called and canceled this in the 14-day trial period, and the representative was extremely rude and was trying to tell me I couldn't cancel. Then he told me he canceled it, but six months later I suddenly received a bottle in the mail and a charge on my credit card. I read another review where this happened to someone. He never sent me a confirmation of cancellation email, and that is what they require if you call and dispute further charges. I disputed the charge on my credit card and called the Brain360 number and reached another extremely rude employee who told me I could not cancel. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me I couldn't and that everyone would tell me the same thing. I told him that was a lie and that I could cancel.

    He finally said he would cancel but told me I could not send the unopened sealed bottle back for a refund. I thought it was all taken care of and I put an alert on my credit card to not take any additional charges from them.

    One week later I received another bottle and looked on my credit card. They had charged it under a different name and a slightly different price so that my credit card didn't pick up on it. I called again and told her I had canceled the vitamins twice. The Brain360 rep told me there is a four-day waiting period after you cancel. They shipped the second bottle out during this time! Unbelievable!

    This company is so fraudulent, it is unreal! I don't see how anyone could work for them and do this to people all day long. Do NOT order the product! They should be shut down immediately!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
