We bought two of the boxes from Platinum TV before realizing there were others out there. We returned the boxes on 12/29/17 through UPS, so I had a tracking number. It is now 3/23/18, and I am still trying to get my money back. They have every excuse, mostly ignoring you. I would not use this company. If I could give them a negative star rating, I would.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
