I ordered $1424.95 in supplements from the coach who had called me the next day after I signed up. Yes. That's a lot of money, and I feel stupid for being suckered.
I called back two hours later and asked for a refund because I had changed my mind. I do not have the product, AND I do not have a refund to my credit card yet. It has been 17 days since my first phone call to inquire about a refund. They said they needed to wait to make sure it hadn't been shipped and needed to email their warehouse. Approximately, $1200 of the order was never shipped and that was confirmed. The other product was shipped, and I returned it with a tracking number because they said they needed that back before they would refund anything (they don't do partial refunds I was told). The tracking number confirmed that it was delivered and received 6 days ago.
When I called to get my refund, I got another runaround saying that they needed confirmation from the warehouse itself because I guess the USPS isn't enough? I was told they would call me when they got a response. They never called. I have been trying to call them back (customer service), and I always get asked to leave my name and number (by a recording) and that someone will return my call. I have called every day for the last 3 days and can't get through and am still waiting for my calls to be returned. Meanwhile, I'm sick to my stomach with the thought that they still have my $1424.95 and all the product. It's been 17 days! Still waiting...Please don't get taken advantage of like I did.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
