    Horrible customer support - support doesn't exist

    I was on the trial and signed up for a 3-month subscription. When I logged in to my account, it showed that the products I ordered were not caffeinated. I switched it to caffeinated, and it created a brand new subscription and charged me a few fees.

    I emailed and used Facebook message, but got just NOTHING, no response, no phone number, just really poor customer service.

    The website copied www.harrys.com blatantly also. For a nootropics company, they do not have your stuff together.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
