    Lock out of account due to mobile issues

    Overall Experience:

    It was good until I received notifications. They changed the main menu screen. That's when I have not been able to access my account. They claim mobile device problems. They have had over a month to fix the problem but they haven't, and I've done everything they asked me to do but I have no access to my account. Fed up!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
