    Terrible customer service

    I called twice needing an invoice for hearing aids I purchased. Terrible run around by the same person both times. Still waiting for an invoice. I unfortunately lost one of my hearing aids and will do without before ordering a replacement from this company. Simply ridiculous. Never a good excuse to not follow through with something you say you are going to do. Rule number one of customer service. "say it, do it."

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      I have no opinion yet on the hearing aid, that's why I'm looking around for some. To have this site show up first on my Google search, with only one review, and a one-star review that has nothing do do with the quality of the hearing aid and only with a customer service issue, is disheartening. As I said, I don't know about the quality of the hearing aid and I'll keep looking, but this website didn't help at all. It's a disservice to the hearing aid company to post such a limited, i.e. worthless review. So, if I ever get a chance on this page to post a star-rating, I'm going to give them a five just to be fair because so far, I'm having no experience with the company at all, they haven't done me any harm.
