    Worth the cost

Omax3 is a little pricey, but if you can afford it, you get what you pay for. Arthritis and heart problems run in my family. I am 66 years old and have a lot of aches and pains. Also, my triglycerides have been high for many years. I read that Omax3 would reduce triglyceride levels, so I put it to the test. I started taking Omax3 three months before my annual physical and blood work. Sure enough for the first time in many years, my triglycerides were in the normal range. I had not changed anything else, so it had to be the Omax3. Also, I get the benefit of relief from my body and joint aches and pains. There are no fishy taste or burbs at all.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
