    Bad customer service, horrible reception

    Seriously do not sign up for Basic Talk. They over-charge after a few months and you can never change it. I have canceled two times already and I am still getting billed. The final time I tried to cancel it was a day after I was billed and I thought it was already canceled and they would not credit my account.

    I tried to talk to them; they talk over you, do not listen and are completely rude and even then still try to get you to continue service by lowering the price. Right. Very doubtful they would lower the price. Not only that but the connection was always bad, and when I called about it, they said it was my internet service. I have the highest internet speed available, so it is not that. There is a continuous echo. Then they tried to tell me it was my phones. No, it is crappy service.

    A company that will not take any responsibility is a bad company, to do business with. I just want to warn everyone. Listen to the reviews. The good ones are probably their employees trying to compensate for all the bad reviews.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
