    Dishonest vendor not honoring refund policy

    I applied for a refund of $199.80 on 8/3/18, sent via USPS on 8/1/18, which was received by PhytAge Labs on 8/3/18.

    I was told that a refund was issued on 8/7/18 and that it would take up to 15 business days to reach my account. When I didn't receive the refund by 8/23/18, I inquired to find out why? I was told that in fact the refund was NOT issued even though

    No notice was given to me nor even an apology. They explained that their payment processor went out of business and that it was my problem, not theirs. (I doubt that any rational human could comprehend such a concept as I certainly can't.) Since the time allowed for doing a dispute had already passed, I couldn't dispute the transaction with my bank.

    After spending hours on the phone with Anthony and Robert, with promises of doing whatever was necessary to get the refund to me, it turns out they had lied to me and that no refund was going to be issued. Rather than work with me to find a solution, as they promised twice, they simply decided to ignore me with promised return phone calls which never came. Even though there are multiple methods to get the refund to me, they refuse to do so.

    I wouldn't trust these people with your money or your time.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
