I have had the WORST customer service experience ever! I ordered my blanket almost a month ago. My order was lost and I immediately requested a replacement. I received two emails stating, "I have shared this info with my supervisor and will get back to you." '’m still waiting for a response two weeks later. I've now requested my money be refunded since I have yet to see my $150 blanket. Now I’m getting no correspondence at all! I need someone to contact me immediately.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
