Opencare declined the receipt from my dentist and informed me about additional, previously undisclosed conditions, in order for the reward to be paid out. I was supposed to call the dental office and ask them to update the Opencare system or get an additional receipt with more details about my treatment. I was skeptical about this service from the beginning, and their behavior proved me correct. I assume those extra conditions are to reduce costs and maximize their referral bonuses. I recommend that you avoid this company.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
