    Optima Tax Relief

    No refund

I was $15,000 in debt to the IRS. I asked Optima if they can help me and the first thing they asked for was a retainer fee of $495. Then they asked me for another $2,000 for further investigation. I know a scam when I see one. I asked if I can get my money back because they have a 15-day money back guarantee and they told me they did not honor that.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
