    Jumpcut

    Won't let you cancel

    The company looked like it had great potential, but after doing all the coursework and not having time to continue doing it, they made the cancellation process impossible. They make you redo the work all again, and submitting it all takes like 5 hours. AND if you don't do it all in one go, it doesnt save, so you are screwed. I can't tell you how much time I've spent working on Jumpcut 2.0, and they just won't work with you if you try to opt out. So take note, if you want in, you won't get out.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      The thing is, we're not trying to be difficult. We're just trying to ensure that you've done the proper steps and have given our course a fair shot. That is, and let me emphasize this point, you have finished watching the course in its entirety and you have completed the worksheets. We have a way of checking this information on our system.

      With that being said, if you really feel that our course isn't for you, then we do urge you to proceed with the refund request. Just please make sure that before doing this, you have completed the course. It's explicitly stated in our policy, and you have agreed to this statement on our refund request form as well stating: "I promise that I have gone through the program and given it my best shot, including completing all of the worksheet assignments to the best of my ability."

      Anyway, we promise that we'll be here to help you out as you go through this process. We'll answer any question or concern that you may have. Let's help resolve this together.
