I'm very dissapointed. They didn't tell me that if the teen's device has a two-factor authentication ON (that by the way you can never turn off on the iCloud), you can't check the data. So beware, they won't give you your money back either. So I would not recommend TeenSafe.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Sorry you are having this issue. When Apple issues significant updates, we often need to make adjustments to our software. We are working very hard on this and hope to have it resolved very soon.
