I'm a 40 year old women with two kids. I started T25 after I had my second child. I had an extra 20 pounds to loose. I've always been a gym bum but don't have the time anymore. This program kicked my booty. It made me work harder than I've ever worked at the gym. I've done alpha, beta and gamma. I started loosing weight the second week after I started the alpha. I lost about a pound per week. So by the time I was done with the beta, I had lost all the baby weight. Best work out program. Hands down.
