    Read the fine print!

    Very poor experience with this product/company.

    I found out I had a problem when I received what I thought was my first delivery. I had forgotten about ordering this product. The delivery I received was for one bottle. I had ordered the 40-day, two bottle deal. I called the customer service number and was informed that this was NOT the first shipment. This was actually my third shipment! My fault for not catching the billing for this subscription service. Customer service said they had delivery confirmation for all three shipments from the USPS. This last shipment that I did receive was actually delivered to me in person by my neighbor up the street who received it in their mailbox! USPS represented it as being delivered to my address.

    So not only have I paid for the first two shipments not received, but there is no longer a satisfaction guarantee, no replacement of the first shipment, full price for the second shipment, which they said they would replace, and a 50% credit for this shipment for a subscription that I DID NOT see the "information on the website" telling me that I was entering in to a subscription service. Also, too late to avoid the subscription service because I did not get the first package!

    I cannot rate the effectiveness of the product as I have just received it, but so far this has been a real rip-off experience!

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
