    Auto shipment was a "glitch."

    My review is based only on the customer service and how they auto billed me when I didn't even have an account with them. I received a shipment today that I did not order. I tried to log in and neither of my email addresses were being accepted and I couldn't even attempt in resetting a password because their website said I didn't have an account with either of them. Upon calling customer service, they told me the auto-subscription was a "glitch."

    Such horrible business practice! I didn't even have an account to accept a subscription for this product, and they negligently billed me for something I didn't order. That alone means I won't continue to use their product.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
