I tried the mat 10 minutes a day, 5 days a week for 3 weeks. My feet are now numb and tingling. It has been 2 weeks since I stopped using it and I'm not getting any better. They were found before using this mat. I was using this as a holistic approach to healing my body of another ailment. When you first step on the mat it really hurts, but after a minute or two, the pain goes away and you think you can handle it. Don't do it. I must have compressed some nerves.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
