I personally only use it twice a week and I get people saying that I look younger and guess my age as 30-35, and I am 45. I will take that as a positive feedback. I use it with cheap $1.75 Ponds anti-wrinkle cream and the duo works well together for me. I guess if I use it twice a day I may get a better result...but I love my DermaWand. It seems to work slower around under my eyes and neck.
