I paid extra for Express Shipping (2-4 days), only for it to take about 12 days to finally get to me, and THEN I had to pay an EXTRA $22 for more shipping and tax fees that I was completely unaware of! So the $60 I had originally paid for has now made its way up to $82! Lol. I'm so unimpressed, and I will never be buying from this company again, it's just too much. Probably the worst online experience I've ever had.

If your purchase is over the import threshold for your country you may be required to pay these charges. I found the product to be poorly designed and have stopped using it soon after I started. I'm disappointed not only in the product but HiSmiles's customer service, which is a nightmare to deal with. Their approach is to deny, argue, ignore, deny some more, pretend they "can't locate your past emails," that you're wrong if you don't like their product, and repeat the same fake niceness phrases over and over until you just give up fighting to get a refund.
Soon after I publish this review, they will write me a 6th run around email not resolving the issue at all! BS company with no integrity. UGH! Stay away from them for real.
