First of all, I opened up a Finn account, and then when my husband tried to send me money (he is overseas) that couldn’t go and they suspended my account, until I went into the branch and got it all straightened out. Well, I thought it was. Then I wanted to deposit a check into my account and my card got stuck in ATM machine. I called the customer service, he apologized and said they will send me another card. Then I get my new card, call it in to get it activated, I see no problems, then after waiting to see if my direct deposit was done it shows no money in the account. I talked to Chris, then he transferred me to Grant, he went back and forth trying to get answers as to why my account was CLOSED. Then he came back, they couldn’t figure out what happened at their end and there nothing they could do. I wasn't finished talking to him but then the next thing I know he is telling me "Thank you for calling Finn" and "have a great day." REALLY! I have never been so disappointed in this.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
