I had a kitchen island assembled on November 19, 2018. One of the drawers is off the track. I have called customer service FOUR times. The project manager has still not returned my call to set up a time for the repair to be done. I paid a lot of money for the island and the assembly. This is the only problem.
What else do I need to do?
