I ordered a coffee maker from this company in September 2018. In November 2018 I inquired about my order by email, the only way to contact this company apparently. It took a couple of days to hear from Support. They apologized and told me my order would be shipped immediately. 14 days later I inquired again and Support's answer, after five days, was to re-confirm my shipping information. At that point, I asked for a refund. Mid-December 2018 Support responded that they would initiate a refund. It is 1/10/19 and I still have not received a refund.
I believe they are just stringing me along and never intending to send the coffee maker I purchased nor refunding my money.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
