I have used Vital Reds for a short time, but I am starting to be more focused and not so tired. My goal is to live to be 120 years old and by using Vital Reds that goal with a good diet can happen.

I will write another review in a few months and bring you up to date on how the Vital Reds has changed my life and how good my body feels.

Vital Reds gives me more energy! I was thinking because of my age (54) it was just a natural progression of aging that I was tired, no energy, and in bed at 9:00 pm with fitful sleep and that would be my life. I noticed an immediate difference with Vital Reds. I have more energy, I have more focus due to that energy, I don't have a midday slump, and I'm sleeping like a baby at night. So far my wife and I have been taking Vital Reds on a daily basis for about a month. We have both benefited. For myself, I have had a longstanding issue with joint and nervous system overall body pain.

I am an 84 year retired airline pilot. I have always kept myself in good physical condition, but in 2014 and 2015 I was hospitalized with blood clots in my lungs. Both times close to death.

Today is my 30th day on Vital Reds. I started to feel results about 20 days in but wasn't sure if it was my imagination.

I am an avid swimmer and outdoor racquetball player. About 2 months ago I told my friend I could no longer play singles with him because of my body slowing down. Today I told him I wanted to try singles again. I felt as energetic on that court as I did 20 years ago.

I swim every day I can and do so for at least 30 minutes straight moving arm and legs vigorously without stopping until I am too bored and stop after at least 30 minutes.

I'm a 34 year old with iron deficiency anemia, and anxiety disorder. I don't eat the best and I'm not a big fruit fan. Needless to say, I regularly felt like I was going to fall asleep at work. Slamming back coffee or taking a nap on my lunch or sometimes both, would be the only thing that helped. So that was my reason for giving this a try.The first week I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. But now it's been 3 weeks and I see a huge difference. I'm not crashing anymore. I haven't had to nap or desperately seek out any caffeine I can find. I wouldn't say I'm energized to the point of running a marathon, but the sluggishness is so much better. If that were the only effect I got from this supplement I would be sold for life. But I've actually found it has done so much more. I've dropped 5lbs, but it looks like more because I have much less bloating in the belly and face. My skin just seems younger and has not had any break outs. I'm hoping to continue to see these improvements. I'm continuing Vital Reds for all the clear benefits I've seen. So happy with this product.

I am very pleased with the Vital Reds and Primal Plants! I have been able to replace my organic multivitamins, organic probiotics, natural menopause supplements, with these two products. It has been saving me time and money. They are convenient to take, and no forgetting them because they don't need refrigeration. The taste is good as well.

My only issues are that I did not see any vitamin C in them, and is there a way to get the powder to completely dissolve? It doesn't seem to completely dissolve and leaves some gritty bits at the end.

I am planning to continue on Vital Reds and Primal Plants. I have recommended Dr. Gundry's products to my friends and my weight loss coach. My coach was very happy with the combination of ingredients, but would like to see the C vitamin added to my regimen.

I've only been taking the Red for a week and a half. But I am amazed already at the difference in the way I feel. Dr Gundry mentioned not needing coffee in the morning and that you wouldn't feel sluggish or foggy anymore. He's right! I did not expect the positive results I've had. My alarm goes off, my eyes open, and I get up ready to start my day. No more hitting snooze 5 times and still feeling like I hadn't slept. My focus is much better, and I do seem to have energy longer in the day. My digestive issues have also been helped.

I will come back to report, but I'm very interested to see what happens after taking the product for a month. So far, very impressed.

When I saw the Vital Reds informational video by Dr. Gundry himself, I sent it to a friend who always complained of exhaustion and fatigue. We did not speak of it but when I saw my friend later that month, he looked different, very refreshed, smoother healthier skin, and a bit trimmer. He was glowing so I asked, "What are you doing?" He stepped away and returned with a container of Vital Reds, I was shocked! I exclaimed, "You bought it. Wow." He did say that there is a slight increase in his energy so he'll continue to take it since he wasn't on it for too long. A hug followed and a request for him to advance me one container because I really needed it too.

So I started on Gundry MD Vital Reds 3 weeks prior to my actual order was received. My skin is smoother and healthier, my stomach shrunken I suppose due to less bloating, and my bathroom habits have improved as well as my energy level.

I happen to be in a very stressful time in my life and I have seasonal allergies where my eyes will get red and I'll suffer from more frequent migraine, sinus, tension headaches. Coincidentally, my eyes started getting red when I began taking Vital Reds, and I've had a headache and eye pain up until now. For the past 3 weeks, I've taken oral antibiotics and used eye antibiotics as I’ve administered a few different kinds of eye drops before and after the ophthalmology exam came back normal, as well as the CT scan of the sinuses came back normal.

I'm in the process of seeing a Neurologist in the coming week about the headaches which may be causing the red eyes and eye pain. I'll investigate whether I could be allergic to any of the contents of Vital Reds unknown to me such as the following:

The Polyphenol Blend's Mulberry, Black Currant, Aronia Berry, Acerola Extract, Berberin HCl. And The Metabolic Boosting Blend's White Tea, Bitter Mellon.

I'm willing to go off Vital Reds a few times to test whether I’m experiencing any real related side effects, but I would prefer to continue taking it due to the overall health benefits. Vital Reds is truly an amazing product.
