Vital Reds

Hi, I just wanted to let people know that I am so fortunate that I stumbled on to Dr. Stephen Gundry's Website and Vital Reds.

My daughter is overweight at 14. I was looking for ways to get her to lose weight on the internet and found Dr. Gundry's site and read about Vital Reds and ordered it thinking I could add it to my daughters juicing routine and I started taking it myself.

Well I am so glad I did. I feel amazing after 3 jars and I bought in in August and felt the results within 3 weeks! I had suffered from a bout of depressive thoughts last winter that had lingered throughout the summer.

Once I started drinking Vital Reds daily I noticed I had more energy and my depression was gone, people around me, my family and friends noticed I was more happy, vibrant and even said I had my sense of humor back! I realized they were right. Since starting the Vital Reds my energy level was up and I felt great, the project I had started and dropped were now getting done and I was so much more organized. My children noticed the difference and were so relieved I wasn't depressed anymore. But for me personally, I could not believe the transformation taking place over the 3 months I was taking the Vital Reds.

I am 60 years old and was an Intensive Care RN for years as well as the emergency room and I wish there was a Vital Reds back then because the energy is amazing, I have lost a few pounds but I am under 115#s anyway and have not had a weight issue like my daughter. My abdomen is flat and not bloated like it was and every muscle in my body has toned up from all the energy I have and the positive attitude sure helps. All these projects I have wanted to get done and never did are now being done and I am more organized than ever before.

I feel like Vital Reds has taken 30 years off of aging off my body! People can't believe I am 60 years old after 3 months of taking the supplement. You have to try it and give it a chance to work its benefits on you.

You can mix Vital Reds with plain water and it is good as it has a berry flavoring to it. But mix it well as it can clump. here's what I do: I mix 1 scoop with 1/2 glass of a mixture of green tea bags, filtered water, fresh oranges quartered and any other citrus I have around then brewed in the sun and refrigerated, then stir with a whisk and then add another 4 oz of cranberry juice or any juice and I put it in a go bottle with a straw and it lasts me until Noon.

As I said, I feel great, happy, energetic and my body is toned from all that extra energy and no more bloating, flat stomach and my whole attitude on life has changed for the better.

I started taking Vital Red because I'm close to 60, I have high cholesterol and an irregular heart beat. I have my own business and I wanted to increase my energy level late in the day. I took Vital Reds for 50 days.

My first reaction to it was dizziness, flushing, mild headache and chest tightness. I thought this could be caused by the niacin, so I split my dosage in two and after about 10 days I was feeling much better.

It did improve my stamina, and it helped immensely with the pain I suffer from inflammation. The one drawback for me was the chest tightness. It never went away. And I started having what I can only describe as muscle spasms in my chest. I stopped taking the vital reds because of this and I'm very sorry that I had to.

It was so helpful with the all over body pain I suffer that I was very sad to see it go. I asked for a refund and was treated very nicely when I did. In case you're wondering, I monitor my blood pressure at home, and it did not raise my blood pressure.

Most days I would go home at lunch and take a quick power nap. However, since I have been using the Vital Reds for a little over 3 weeks, I no longer need to take a nap! And I still have energy after work.

I've been taking it now for a month. I am sleeping better and feel like I have more energy. It tastes good mixed with just water and tastes great mixed with a citrus based electrolyte solution I drink after exercising. The only negative is that it is expensive.

I frequently feel sleepy in the afternoon, not because I've eaten something that causes me to be sleepy, but because I'm tired from working all day. As soon as I started taking Vital Reds, I noticed that I wasn't getting sleeping in the afternoon. One day, I didn't take VItal Reds, and lo and behold, I once again got sleepy mid-afternoon.

I was skeptical when I ordered it. After a few days of no coffee I realized I had more energy as well as no crashing. This blend really helps me kick my minimum 6 cup a day coffee habit. I sleep way better, no more waking up all night, tossing and turning. When my alarm goes off in the morning I get right up and don't feel horrible like I always did every morning before all my cups of coffee.

I recently started working out at the gym. I had not worked out for a few years and this gave me the energy to work all day in a machine shop then go home and later that night go to the gym. My brother in law had artery blockage so I told him to start taking it so we will see what it does for him. I am a true believer in this stuff and I will continue to take it and get healthier and healthier as I head into turning 38. I have never written a review on a product before but I feel so different with no crazy amounts of sugar to get me to be able to do the things that I have to in my day to day thing called life. I would at least try it and if it doesn't work for you then get your money back. That was my original plan like so many other things I have tried to make me healthy and give me energy.
