I am a 56-year-old mom of twin 11-year-old daughters. I am a Fifth-grade teacher of 26 years.

I was so grateful and surprised at the difference I felt even the first day I began taking the Dr. Gundry Vital Reds. As I am very sensitive, I have been taking just a small amount in a cup of water each morning for a few weeks now The taste is fruity and pleasant so I look forward to it.
