I just started drinking Vital Reds this week and I already notice a dramatic increase in my energy level and sense of well-being. I am very satisfied with this product and will post another review after one month. For now I give it a definite thumbs up.

Since taking Vital Reds I have had more energy than before. I'm a relief teacher and sometimes after having infant classes I would come home exhausted and need a nap on the couch. Now I am able to keep going until bedtime if I've had a full day at school. I sleep better at night too. Most nights I wake several times as I'm a very light sleeper. I find I'm sleeping more soundly. The formula is very pleasant tasting and is the first thing I take every morning. Generally I'm feeling overall more healthy for taking it.

I've been using Vital Reds for a month and have been able to reduce my caffeine use down to a healthy level of 2 cups a day. I know longer feel the need for the jolt of energy in the morning. I can now enjoy a cup of tea for pleasure.

Also, my digestive system seems to be working so much better. Less gas and bloating along with normal regular trips to the bathroom.

I have given the Diet Evolution and Vital Reds to my friends for Christmas.

Been taking/using it for 2 months now, and I feel great, less fatigue and more motivated. Also, I think it helped me get over a cold faster, started to get full blown cold and then it just went away never got the cough. I work in an office and everyone has got a cold and hacking and coughing but not me, so not sure if it's do to the vital reds but I'm sure it helps give me a boost. The taste is rather strong even in juice, first put it in water and was not able to drink it but orange juice helps with the taste.

I can't express in enough words how happy I am that I started taking Vital Reds each morning. You see, I have been suffering from Colitis for the last several years, and was even hospitalized last December with an intestinal infection brought on by my Colitis. I had been taking probiotics routinely since my diagnose, but nothing was working quite well enough to relieve my stomach distress. By the end of most days, my stomach was in so much discomfort that I was literally dreading each afternoon, especially bedtime when the pain was at its worst. Not to mention, I suffered from occasional acid reflux on top of it all.

Today, I can tell you that the opposite is true! Within a few weeks of drinking an 8-ounce glass of water with Vital Reds added to it each morning, my stomach issues began to dissipate! Today, as I am sitting here typing this note, I can say I have never felt better. My digestive system is close to being back to normal. Thanks so much, Dr. Steve, for your miracle formula! I believe Vital Reds have helped me, but the fact that they work at various speeds makes it impossible to be 100% accurate. What I have mostly noticed is that when I wake up at 4 am, I seem to be more alert and ready to do something, instead of just feeling tired. I may clean the house, take out the trash, or go out to my office and check emails. Most times I will go back to bed for a couple of hours before I wake my daughter to get her to school on time.

I still need a nap in the middle of the day, but when I do not get it I still function ok. At 9 pm, however, when my 9-year old daughter wants to play, this dad is ready for bed. By the way, in 3 months I will be 70 years old.

I plan on ordering it again, as I felt it is helping me. I do drink it a couple of times per day, instead of just once. I like the taste if I make it a little stronger than recommended.

Within a couple of hours of taking Gundry MD Vital Reds I could notice the difference in how I felt, it was the best I had felt in a long time.
