Vital Reds
I have no objective criteria to measure this against. I feel good, but I am not sure if I feel better. So let me stay with it for a couple more months and see if it impacts the blood work in any way. Again, that will be a small marker but will be good to know.

10 days only, little more energy, more motivation
I've had a little more energy, more motivation, and less stomach and intestines pain, but ten days is not enough to give a good evaluation on whether I have better digestion.

I have been taking them every day, and honestly, I feel no different. I'm hoping they are working "inside," but I honestly wouldn't know. I wish I could give a more glowing review. But this is my honest opinion.

Still judging results
Since starting Vital Reds, I seem to have a bit more energy, but nothing extraordinary. I'm willing to try the product for another four months (one so far) before deciding whether to continue or not.

New customer
I have only been using Vital Reds for about a month. I feel good and take them every morning. I don't think a month is long enough to see anything too profound. I am a healthy person and was not expecting a miracle. I am just trying to stay as healthy as I possibly can.

What I think about Vital Reds
So far I have finished one canister and am on my second. I cannot honestly say I have noticed any difference yet, but because of the listed ingredients and nutrients, I will continue taking it. There is no way I could get that much nutrients in a day eating the foods that I eat.
It's a necessary part of my diet. Thank you Doctor Gundry.

Vital Reds and taste
I only got my first package of Vital Reds a few days ago. So I can not really testify what overall impact it has on me yet, however, I have one concern about it.
When I make the drink (I make it with water only) and drink it, I immediately feel that it is much too sweet. Not only that, after I finish drinking my Vital Reds drink I have an unfavorable aftertaste for a long time, one that I only had after diet drinks before. Looking at the ingredients listed on the jar, it must be the last item called fructooligosaccharides, and there is a lot of it
I personally do not buy anything with artificial sweeteners because the aftertaste gives me nausea. Also, new research shows, that artificial sweeteners are worse than sugar to our health.
Therefore, I would not recommend this to my friends.

I think I have more energy
It has been a slow process, but I think, after using this for almost a month, I have more energy. One thing I notice is that I no longer hit the snooze bar on my alarm!

Too early to tell
There was a delay in dispatching the product as I received the product just one week ago, and feel more energetic. I think it's too early to tell, and I will evaluate over the next two or weeks.

Still waiting for the outcomes
After much indecision and skepticism, I finally broke down and purchased Vital Reds online. I have been using it for about three weeks. I didn't like the taste at first, but by mixing it with cold water and ice before vigorously shaking, I like it much better at this point.
The only notable difference I have seen so far in using this product is in the lower GI track. It is really helping with regularity. I also take a high potency probiotic. Vital Reds must have been what I needed to finally push me over the top.
The things I was most looking forward to was the increase in my energy level and alertness. So far I have not seen much change in either of these things. Hopefully, it will come soon. Boy, do I need it!
I bought a three-months supply and I am being faithful in taking it every day. I will wait until the end of the three months to decide whether or not this works. I have taken so many hyped-up products over the years that are worthless, which makes me even more skeptical about this one. I keep thinking, however, that someday, someone will actually come up with something that will really work and be safe. I can't tell you how much I hope this one is it.
