Vital Reds

I mainly like the berry taste of it. I drink it every morning for about a month. It's too soon to tell any noticeable results. I have two containers left to go. The best part it doesn't need to add any sugar, it sweet enough for my sweet tooth.

I was feeling OK before ordering this stuff. I mean there was no chronic fatigue, or any ongoing health concerns. So how does one feel better when feeling "bad" was not there?

I must say that Dr.Gundry's science is sound. Certain things resonated intellectually with me. I mean that the nutrition evolution he described was not unlike the work of Dr. Barry Sears of the Zone diet regimen.

There are other learned persons like these attempting to save us from drowning in a sea of misinformation.

Anyway, I am not sending my order back although I am not inspired to do back-flips, yet.

I was curious about the ability of this product to help my digestive system as well as the joint pain I have experienced for several years.

I have to say that I have experienced very positive results.

There has been fewer episodes of indigestion and acid reflux. Also I have experienced an increase in energy and a dramatic lessening of joint pain in my back, knees and feet.

I would have given Vital Reds a higher score if is was not for the fact that it does not dissolve completely when simply stirred in a glass of liquid. There are too many undissolved particles which sometimes causes choking. Other than that, this is an amazing product.

I like to take it first thing in the morning as part of my breakfast. Since taking Vital Reds, I feel my days start more easily and I feel less sluggish. And this feeling of being fresh holds more most of the day. The product tastes great, I usually drink it with coconut water, sometimes cold tea from the day before, but I would like that it dissolves a bit quicker. I'm happy to have it handy.

Vital Reds definitely helped me lose weight and made me more alert. I really only have one complaint about Vital Reds, it does not taste good. I made sure to shake it really well after adding the 8 oz. of water, but if I would let it sit for even a minute, the sediment would gather on the bottom of the glass and then I would have very concentrated amount to drink at the bottom of the glass. I didn't like the taste at all and usually tried to drink it down in one shot.

I thought that Vital Reds worked and gave me a little more energy, but we cannot afford the price on a regular everyday budget.

Have only been on is for about 5 days and & am using it with Patriot Power Greens (which I've been using for over a year, so I can't honestly say there's been a truly noticeable 'change' in my experience.

I started this to get my glucose under control. Fasting glucose has not come down. It averages about 155. It stays the same after meals. It had been spiking up to 200 after meals. I am disabled so exercise is tough, but I am going to work on it. My last A1C was 6. I want to get it under 4. My GP wants to put me on insulin and I don't want to do that. I am taking Glucophage and actors.

I have Kaiser insurance and they will only prescribe generics, none of the new medications. I have a very strong history of diabetes. I am mildly overweight. Before my injury, I was extremely active and had no problems.

Now I can't seem to get my glucose under control. I am going to stay with it. I have good insulin production from my pancreas, obviously, I have insulin resistance at the cellular level. My doctor, board certified in internal medicine is not well versed in this.

I have been at the shore for the summer months. I did not start taking Vital Red until the beginning of August. I must admit that I have been feeling better. I do have several medical issues and because of my advanced years some of my problems are to be expected. I must say that some things I experienced before have passed. I think I would need more time to give this product a fair appraisal.
