I have been on the Evolution Diet for about three years now. I needed to lose body fat and lower my Cholesterol. I lost 30 lbs, raised my HDL considerably, but have not lowered my LDL.

I have been taking probiotics during this time both capsules and through a green food supplement. When I started taking Vital Reds I immediately noticed an increase in energy. But, I started to feel an upset stomach taking the Vital Reds with my existing Dr. Gundry diet and supplements.

I sense the product may be affecting me in two ways. A) it's too sweet, and 2) I may be over-doing it on Probiotics.

So I believe Vital Reds is a good product! As an existing Diet Evolution follower, I need to know where this product fits in my Diet plan.

I am an active (swim/run/bike), athletic, 51 year old in excellent health. I started taking Vital Reds 45 days ago. The biggest change I have noticed is a fading need for that cup of coffee at 4:15 AM before the morning workout. When I arrive at the office at 8:00 A.M., the typical cup of coffee before diving into my work has really become optional. I will continue with this product.

After a couple of weeks taking Vital Reds daily, I seem to have more energy. I seldom have an afternoon nap now and can perform my exercises with less effort. I am not out of breath after long walks.

While I don't notice instant energy, I do notice that I feel better in the mornings. I find it easier to wake up and get started. The taste is fine so long as I add about 4 ounces of juice with 4 ounces of water. I find that I'm hungry more often, which is not a good thing for me since I work 10hr days and sit most of the day. I can't afford to purchase an additional appetite suppressant making my monthly bill for vitamins and appetite suppressant $75. But otherwise, the product delivers energy.

I've been taking Vital Reds for a little over a month and it's working. I used to need a nap most days, but now the opposite seems to be true. I've only needed two naps since beginning with the product. So clearly, my energy has increased. Also, it's a smooth energy, unlike caffeine. So far, so good.

I'm now on my second canister of Vital Reds and can say that I have noticed that my heart "flutters" have stopped completely. I wasn't sure what to expect from this product but am pleasantly surprised by that. I guess I was hoping for some weight loss and super energy which hasn't happened yet, unfortunately. One small drawback is that it is a little pricey. It is still cheaper than a bunch of hospital bills if it really does what it says. I most likely will be ordering again.

I have been on Vital Reds for 3 weeks now. I have had constipation issues for years and was hoping this formula would help but so far, it has not sure it is in this area.

However, I do believe that my skin is looking better and even received a compliment recently since starting Vital Reds.

I will continue to use as I do believe that there are some overall benefits.

At first, I was hit-or-miss at taking the Vital Reds. After about two weeks, I developed a habit of starting the coffee maker, getting my morning meds together and then mixing the Vital Reds. I then washed down my meds with the VR (the liquid has started to taste better with consistent consumption) and then sat down as usual to drink my first cup of coffee with the newspaper.

I have found that after two consistent weeks of following this habit forming procedure, I am beginning to feel the promised increase in energy. I presume part of this experience is an attitude of positive expectancy and part of it is the result of the magic of the Vital Reds. In any case, I hope to win the free three months supply; if I don't, I'll probably reorder.

Maybe I'll even get my wife to begin the Vital Reds consumption with the hope you'll offer a free or discounted supply for introducing a new customer.

I have actually just finished my first container of Vital Reds this morning and I have to say in the past 30 days, I have felt more energy and not as tired coming home after a 12-hour day. I'm really expecting great results after the next container as it can take 6 weeks for oral supplements to feel the full potential.

The berry flavor is pleasant. It appears to have an effect on my well-being. Is it from the Phyto compounds or a placebo effect? Either is beneficial, so I re-ordered.
