I've been taking Vital Reds for only a month. My reasons for starting it were fatigue and depressive mood. So far I can state that I became less asleep throughout the day.

I also have life-term issues with eczema. I will not make any connections, but I have fewer signs of a rash now.

From the way they are advertising it, I expected to feel better daily in the last first month. I do have a problem with my stomach being very sensitive to acid foods, so that may be cutting down the good result that Vital Reds could be giving.

I bought a three-month supply and am hoping to get better results as time goes by. I watch my diet carefully, but are not perfect, since I occasionally still enjoy a SMALL piece of cake. I also just learned from them that grains are not good for us, which will represent a minor problem. In order to help my problem so far, I eat a little bread, one or two pieces a day, but all are whole grains, mostly "Food for Life" sprouted.

I definitely feel more energized since I've begun using the Vital Reds. It's easy to drink, and the taste is acceptable. I won't drink it anything if I don't like the taste. There is an aftertaste, but it is tolerable. Some of the powder does settle at the bottom of the glass, so the last swallow is a little unpleasant, but again I can swallow it without gagging, so again it is tolerable.

Overall I am very happy with the results of Vital Reds so far and will continue to drink it. I would recommend this product highly to family and friends.
