Vital Reds

I'm taking Vital Reds now for three weeks, and I feel not too tired anymore. I think my arthritis is getting better as well. I can tell you in a few weeks more.

I have to take responsibility and say that this product would probably be excellent IF I would stick to it. I do notice an increase in energy when I use it. I do love the taste too. So, with that said, what am I waiting for? Probably the cost is what holds me back from using it consistently. I need to work on feeling that I am worth it.

It was June 10, 2017 that I started to take Vital Reds.

I (56) shared this experience with my husband (61) and oldest daughter (38). We have taken one scoop daily. After three days, I asked them both if they had felt anything different in their daily routine? We compared notes. Surprisingly, we agreed our alertness and energy was elevated.

As time passed, I noticed my body was producing more fluid. I'm not sure how to share this information, but as my body would empty out the waste, it was not dry but moist. Vital Reds gives me more energy, although it only lasts about 12 to 14 hours. After that, there is not a crash, but a little let down. My arthritis in my hands is gone. My knees are much better. My acid reflux I think will go away by the time I finish my three month supply.

The only problem I have is that the powder does not completely dissolve. The last swallow is gritty. This would be much better if it was a capsule.

The Vital Reds gave me more energy. It's a boost that I had lost with just eating regular food. Now, that the energy has inspired me to exercise more and that helped to decrease my weight. Happy to have this product make me feel good and healthy.

For the last couple of years, I have been suffering from back and hip pain that really limited my ability to do my normal activities. I had a hip replacement this spring which has relieved my pain nearly 100 percent. But I still didn't have much energy or stamina. I've been taking Vital Reds for about a month and a half. I am feeling so much like my old self. I can tackle chores that have been very difficult to do. I even can keep going for long periods of time. I don't feel so "old" and incapable of managing on my own. Being 72 doesn't seem such an advanced age.

I have been 100% committed to drinking Vital Reds every morning. It's tasty and simple to ingest. Unfortunately, I haven't experienced any changes in my health. But I did spend money for it, so I will continue to drink it until it's gone.

I am now getting up after nine hours of sleep and doing things all day. I can get to sleep easier every night. My mind is clearer. I will not go a day without it unless I am sick and cannot hold it down. It is a dream come true. Now if I could only lose weight.

Of all the products being touted over the internet as the end all/cure all formula for improved health, and I've tried several, Vital Reds has fulfilled my expectations in spades. I gave this product some time to determine the effects it had on my sense of feeling better simply to get past the placebo effect that you can experience by taking a new and improved version of something else taken before.

I blend Vital Reds with a variety of other things, and I have to admit many of my concoctions are simply OK, but I'm more concerned with what it does rather than the overall taste of my blends. Vital Reds by itself has a very good flavor, but I add several things to my blended drinks for a number of reasons.

All in all, Vital Reds beats all expectations of a healthy drink formula, and I have recommended it several times since I've started my regimen of this product.

Hi. I have now been taking Vital Reds and Lectin Shield for about six weeks along with increasing fiber in my diet.

I have noticed that my overall well-being has improved. I used to get a lot of stomach cramps and headache from the result of the cramping, but now my digestion has improved dramatically. Vital Reds not only tastes great, they have also made me feel great as well.

For years I have had stomach issues and was told by my GP that I have IBS. I was finding that I was getting anxious every time that I was to go out to a party or even to go out to lunch because no particular food would set off the cramps but I knew they were going to come.

I am a 59-year-old male with bad joints, one knee replacement down and one to go. I have had six back operations with one pending in the near future. I don't care for the price, however, I can not deny the benefits. More energy and less joint stiffness. In general, a better overall feeling on a daily base. I will buy again.
