Need a Canadian source

I have had good results with energy and reduced sugar craving. However, I will not purchase again as it took over three months to get here. A different shipping method or a Canadian source is needed before I will buy again. Is there a similar product available here?

UK customs charge

I received a notice from the post office today saying they cannot deliver until I pay a £22.17 ($27.62) customs charge. If I had known this, I would not have ordered. What a waste of money.

Don't believe it, it doesn't work

I decided to try this because I was pre-diabetic and had high cholesterol. The latest blood test for my cholesterol was lower than my previous test though BEFORE I started the Vital Reds.

Well, after two MONTHS of taking the Vital Reds I had my blood work done again, and my cholesterol was higher. The sugar levels were about the same. I was still just as tired as I was before I started taking it so

GUESS WHAT? In my opinion, it is a total fake! And believe me, I also watched my diet, I cut out sugars, carbs, and soda. BIG waste of money! Don't bother wasting your money.

Import duty

I ordered this product, and it costs £103 ($128.38). Now the post office wants me to pay a £73 ($90.00) import duty on it. I am not prepared to do that.

We have no control over who or what they charge. Typically, only ten percent of orders imported into the UK get hit with customs fees, and again this is completely random.

Disappointment in Gundry MD

It is overt a month since I placed my order and I still have not received it. I emailed Gundry MD four times. The first time I received an email back showing the tracking NSW Australia, that is where it stops. I tried emailing again three times and every time I receive a day later an email saying an error has occurred. I have finally asked for a refund, but emails continue to show an error? Is this a scam? I'm out of pocket a couple of hundred dollars, and I'm a pensioner and cannot afford to be ripped off.

Bull!

I've been taking Vital Reds religiously for four months and felt no difference whatsoever. I must conclude, therefore, that this a complete and total BS. Do not be fooled. This man is making a fortune in selling something that does not work. I would like a refund, but that's not possible.

Doesn't work

I thought I was saving money by purchasing several bottles. I felt that it would work because of Dr. Stephen Gundry selling it.

I was wrong. It does not work. Customer service told me to give it more time and to take it more than once a day. I gave that a try, but it did not work.

It is too late to return; waste of money.

Promised VIP price (60% off retail) not being kept, charged more than retail price

I am a subscriber for Prebiothrive and Vital Reds since January of 2017. Although I do not see the difference, I am willing to try one year believing their words.

Gundry promised VIP price (60% off the retail price) but charged me more than retail price. Their website is unresponsive very often, so I called in to order Vital Reds today as a VIP subscriber, and they charged the following, while this web page says three jars for retail price is $105, the person on the phone charged me $107.85 as 60% off of the retail price. This is so dishonest business conduct.

Failure to follow through on guarantee = lie or scam!

I had mistakenly made two three-month orders of Vital Reds and immediately canceled the order via PalPay. However, the money had been taken out of my account despite PayPal confirming that my order to Dr. Gundry Vital Reds had been canceled. I waited for my funds to be reimbursed into my account, but instead, six jars of Vital Reds arrived at my door.

I'm glad for those who have been helped by this product, but after five months of taking Vital Reds daily, I haven't experienced the benefits promised by this product, not nearly! I requested for the guarantee with no question asked, as advertised and received an email stating that I would be refunded for a three-month order within 3 to 5 days.

Twelve business days have gone by and one unanswered reply as well, and still no record of a refund in my account. Extremely disappointed!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The operators don't know so they just make up what they think the client wants to hear so they'll buy it

I researched this product and then called to ask if it might interfere with IBS. No, it would help because of the digestive help. Anyone with IBS is grasping for "help," so I saw this as a good idea.

It was not. After one drink I started having diarrhea, and it has now put me in the ER. Of course, I sent it back! I still have to pay shipping, which makes me upset since I now have a hospital bill also!

Please think carefully about buying this. It doesn't even get a one star in my book.

Do not purchase

I purchased a three-month supply of Vital Reds after the infomercial appeared on my computer. I don't even know why it came up, but I found Dr. Gundry to appear honest and therefore decided to make the investment. As he pointed out, purchasing the fresh produce is more costly.

At checkout, there were endless offers before I was able to pay. I eventually decided to buy the prebiotics as well since I have colitis.

I have not only not felt any of the advertised benefits, but after 45 days my colitis has actually been worse than it has in 6+ months! Granted this could be a coincidence but I don't believe so.

I also am most disappointed in no energy boost from Vital Reds.

I had faith these products would work, but in the off chance they didn't the company of Dr. Gundry offers a 100% money back guarantee, right?

Well, that hasn't been the case.

I am frustrated and disturbed by this company's poor customer service. I now have to pay to return the product. Even the empty containers!

Do not purchase. Very disappointed and frustrated!
