What a great first experience with online car buying! It was easy to tell their inventory is carefully selected to only include high-quality vehicles. I loved how much information was available, including pictures and specs. Once we moved forward with the purchase we received all of our documents literally overnight and were contacted regularly with updates. We were thrilled when the car arrived much sooner than expected! We are so happy with our purchase and the car has turned out to be better than expected.

We received our new vehicle last week and it was just as we expected! Our sales agent was Errol and he was super helpful. The delivery took only 4 days, unbelievable! We immediately took the vehicle for mechanical inspection and no issues to report except for a bulb in one of tires, we contacted Vroom, provided the inspection report and cost, and they immediately took care of it! We are amazed by Vroom and we are very happy with the price and condition of the vehicle, this is the way we will continue to buy our next vehicles! No haggle! Great customer service!

After spending months online doing research to find the right vehicle, I stumbled across "THE ONE" on Vroom. I didn't want anyone else taking my car so I called right away. My husband and I had a wonderful and flawless experience with a lady named Charese Anthony, who was friendly and very professional. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I had never shopped online for a vehicle so I was definitely nervous about the whole process. Charese completely went above and beyond to make sure my nervousness was for nothing. My car arrived a week earlier than I expected and it looked EXACTLY as it did in the picture! Don't shop online for a car from anyone else because VROOM is a 5 STAR experience from start to finish! In my last experience with a car dealership I went to purchase a used vehicle. I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and just wanted to buy that vehicle. They spent several hours trying to tell me I should go with a new vehicle, tried to show me several models. I ended up walking out. They called me the next day and I got the vehicle I came for in the first place. Now Vroom...I found the vehicle I wanted, they called me within 10 min, I put my $500 hold money on the car within 20 min, and the rest is history. No runaround, no haggle. I do recommend you take any vehicle you buy online to a dealer immediately to be inspected. The vehicle I purchased needed a new windshield, which Vroom immediately repaired, needed both turbo engines replaced, sway bars, and the microphone was missing out of it. All was covered under the manufacturer's warranty or would have cost over $8000. Vroom was extremely efficient to respond to the issues and I was happy with their customer service and updates while anxiously awaiting delivery of my vehicle.

Vroom has been awesome! The cars are actually really nice with clean CARFAX reports, plus low mileage. The prices are fabulous as well. No haggling from anyone. I found several vehicles I wanted. You must act fast to get the one you want. Put down that $500 deposit to hold the vehicle you truly want. The vehicles sell very fast! I lost out on my first choice because of uncertainty. I found the next best one, waited until it was available, then put my deposit down. The buying experience has been pleasurable the entire time. The car was delivered to my door on the date promised with 2 month temporary tags on it. The car also came as the pictures depicted. I have already recommended Vroom to everyone who asks about my fabulous new car. Will definitely use Vroom from now on. Love it!
