They are scamming

I ordered in June 2018, they took my money and sent me NOTHING! A complaint will be filed with the BBB. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and when you search for help, you just get sent to their shopping page. Do not order anything from these people, do not even accept the free items that you only pay shipping, you will still be out of money and left with no items. The "so-called" CEO is a fraud too. If you have experienced a loss with them, contact the Better Business Bureau ASAP.

Feel cheated

I ordered one shirt on the 1st of October, they gave an approximate delivery date on the 8th of November. I waited until the 20th of November, but the product was not received. I contacted them and they are ready for refunding but after the first one, I still didn't receive my money back. Fraud company.

Terrible!

Terrible customer service. Actually non-existent.

They don’t even have the gonads to address a problem directly. All they do is quote their 30-day warranty, something I never saw until a problem. These people have no scruples and care only about your money. Doing what is right does not even enter into their equation.

Never sent my refund

I bought an item in October. I never received it. I contacted Wish who said they would issue a refund. Today is January 3rd and still no refund. Many correspondents with them with fake promises made. I have been told three different dates of when I should receive my refund. I just want my refund. I keep getting the same response everytime I contacted them. They keep telling me to check with my bank. The last thing my bank sees from them is when the payment went through. Such horrible customer service and business practices. I suggest that everyone stays away from them.

Never received my paid item, fictive replies, people using pseudonyms

January 7th will be two full months since I placed my order, which I never received. I complained several times in vain, they always refer me to their automatic "assistant," and when I say this does not work, I receive the same reply each time:

If you can't tell where your package is from the tracking information AND your estimated shipping time has passed, you can contact customer support for further assistance:

Find your missing item on the page

Tap on the 'Contact Support' button under that item

Follow the prompts through the Wish Assistant to submit your refund request

"Wendy Jane!" What a joke, I really feel kidded and deceived, and helpless. I just presented them 23 EUR. And who knows how many other people like me are out there. I strongly advise you against this "company." As you can see, you can only "wish" to receive what you pay for. Unbelievable!

Won’t shop here again

I had been shopping here for years. They have very rude customer service. I will no longer shop here after my latest experience with "customer service."

What happened was I placed an order, then within five minutes, it had been refunded. I did not request a refund. I wrote in to ask what was going on. I was told they were trying to "protect" my account, and they would need photographic evidence that my debit card is in fact my debit card. I was told they would need a screenshot of my bank statement showing my latest Wish purchase. Sounds weird. But I went ahead and sent them a screenshot with everything covered except what they requested. They then told me they would need a better screenshot of my bank statement.

I’m wondering if there was really any security concern at all. I don’t know why there would be, and they provided no explanation whatsoever.

The conclusion I’ve come to is that the people at Wish are the untrustworthy ones. They do not need my personal bank account information unless for malicious purposes.

I don’t recommend this company one bit. Besides that, the items they sell can be found at better prices at Amazon or almost any other online retailer, the quality on most items is bad, to say the least.

So, if you want to throw your money away and wait on an order for well over one month, if you receive it at all, then this is the place for you. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere.

Expectations

I just ordered two things. Here’s the thing people - you are paying pennies! Manage your expectations. What did you expect to get when the camera was $5 or $10? Stop expecting quality when you pay nothing. And customer service? Give me a break. It’s not Walmart. The only complaint I see as reasonable is if you paid money and didn’t get anything at all. Otherwise, you have unrealistic expectations.

Never received order

I placed an order for two cell phone cases. I never received either one of the cases and was refunded for only one of them. I will never order from Wish again. The order was placed November 9, 2018 and I still have not received it.

Ripped off

Wish is a joke! The product is horrible, if you even get it! And I mean maybe 2 months later, if you're lucky. Mostly not at all. And if you don't get it, you don't get a refund, they give you the runaround. The worst company I ever tried to deal with. I can't believe they're still in business! They need to be shut down.

Bait and switch...you get garbage!

At first, I got an okay coat. Was thinking they were okay so I bought a lot of things. Every product after the first coat looked NOTHING like advertised pictures and I got a refund for the next 5 items. To get a refund you have to take pictures, and I did. They told me to use other vendors. So I kept track of who I bought from.

And then they said I was using their refund system intentionally and cut me off. The problem was I still have 6 items coming and I wanted to take a picture of a "raincoat" made of nylon, which was thin, too big and got wet so easily (I took a picture dropping about a teaspoon of water that it absorbed easily). But they still would not reimburse me. Many of my orders were Christmas gifts that I had to scramble to replace. One coat, in particular, I showed to a friend and it was NOTHING like the picture. This ripoff is hard to swallow because they acted like they understood the terrible pictures. I feel angry and thought they would honor the pictures. I lost money and I worked extra hard for Christmas. It takes anywhere from 30 to 90 days to get your order, so I am just SOL. Oh, because all items come directly from China, they do not accept returns. Good night.

Terrible products, terrible company, terrible customer service

I heard about Wish via Facebook. Their products looked interesting and I placed orders for 67 items - 12 never arrived. The items that were delivered ranged from cute to absolute garbage. I tried for over a month to get credits for the missing items to no avail. Their customer service is by far the worst I've ever encountered. I will never order from them again and chalk this up to a loss!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
