I ordered two water pellet pistols, it showed as being delivered to the wrong state of Australia (2500 KM's away). I contacted Wish to be told I have to wait until the latest promised delivery date before I could complain and that I should contact Australia Post to get my parcel back, that was almost definitely incorrectly addressed and delivered Did they really think the recipient was going to track me down somehow. Then I contacted them a month later (I was away), only to be told I have to complain within 30 days of the PROMISED delivery date, not the ACTUAL delivery date, so they can't refund me my money. A blatant abuse of a crap policy.

A parcel was incorrectly addressed and delivered elsewhere, and apparently, it's my fault!

What a joke this company is.

SHOP AROUND people, I have since bought similar or better products for a better price elsewhere.

I would give it no stars if I could.

I ordered 2-3 piece women's backpacks and my items were delivered to someone else. I have sent messages to support on WhatsApp to the number that Wish messaged me from but no one is responding. I cannot get messages sent to Support either. It has me frustrated as I have not received the items and I cannot get through to anyone regarding compensation. I have other items that I have in transit, and I am afraid that the same thing happens again. I am not sure if I want to order anything from the site again.

I got two emails from these crooks stating that I had supposedly ordered something and was having it shipped to Russia. They stated they had charged my PayPal account. Thankfully they did not, and this is a known scam on PayPal. Do not click the links they send in the emails. Forward this garbage to spoof@PayPal.com.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I shopped online with this company. Everything I ordered I had to contact them about. I probably ordered 12 items and over half of them were never sent to me. DO NOT use this company. They send everything late or not at all. I was able to get a refund on some of the items, but not all. This is a TERRIBLE company. Things may be cheaply priced, but you definitely get what you pay for. Or nothing at all.

I purchase a variety of items on Wish. Clothes, jewelry, kitchen tools, phone, and iPad cases. Less expensive. Fun. Earn discounts. Only drawbacks are sizing has to be adjusted up on clothes and shipping takes some time. Helpful customer service as well. I love this site.

I have not received my order from months ago. It was to be delivered in May. It is July. No refund on contact after contacting the company. I had a several hundred dollar order ready to order if things had come on May. I am convinced this is a RIP OFF. I am going to contact the proper authorities and spread the word so no one else will be scammed.

Clothes sizes are never accurate. Also, I ordered something and never got it, but they claimed it was delivered and that I can't get a refund because they delivered it. No help or other options, just a "sorry." I can't figure out who to contact to find the package, so basically, I paid for something I never got. It won't happen again. I will never order from Wish again.

Very upset. My card was charged for low priced items, shipping, and free items. I never received three items. I contacted support and was told by text/email to wait 30 days after scheduled or rescheduled expected delivery date and my money would be reimbursed. Wish closed out my inquiry of all three items one week prior to the 30-day mark. SCAM.

When you want to order from Wish or Geek, you need to be aware that you will wait around 3-8 weeks for an order, you need to be patient. Sometimes the package will be lost in the mail, sometimes you will ask for a refund and you will receive the order a few weeks later, but you can keep the package. the refund process is very easy and if you like the item you received, or never received, or other reasons, ask a refund after the shipping delay was passed. They never refuse to refund me every time I order on this site. Some people will say the quality is poor. HELLO! You order stuff for a very, very low price and from China, what do you expect? Seriously, when you order an item and the quality is poor or the performance is not what you expected, you can say oh it's ok, I paid $4. You can say the same thing is happening when you buy an item in a dollar store and it is will be worth $1, LOL.

I ordered two items from different vendors and I was watching the tracking information, low and behold, one day it said it had been delivered, so I contacted Wish.com. They told me it hasn’t and it still has three weeks until it arrives. Well, I contacted Royal Mail who confirmed that I never received a parcel and it was delivered to an address in England. Now, the second item has now come up saying "delivery attempted," well, I’ve been in all weekend due to family commitments, so yet again, it seems someone else is getting my items, and they want me to wait another month for a refund I don’t think so, absolutely scammers!

I was under the impression that I was buying drones, televisions, and laptops when I ordered from Wish.com, but what I received were remote controls, screen protectors, and some other junk that I didn't order. And when I contacted them to complain about the issue, all of a sudden there is no information on file about my order history. How is this possible when I paid using a debit card? SCAM.
