I've been shopping on Wish for a couple of years now, and they have absolutely everything! From kids clothes and shoes to electronics, kids and adult toys, kitchen gadgets and even furniture. You have to be a savvy shopper, and you can earn reward discounts. The cons are, you have to wait sometimes six weeks for your item, clothing sizes can be erratic and small, and things do get lost in transit. However, customer support is absolutely phenomenal and always responds right away.

I am definitely a Wish addict! They always have some kind of promo/discount (especially if you're using the app). There are so many things that you probably don't need, but I can't resist. Shipping time varies and is usually pretty lengthy (1-2 months). I don't purchase anything that I would need immediately, so that doesn't really bother me. To my knowledge, I've only had one item that was never delivered and one item where all I received was an empty bag, but Wish quickly refunded my money. I have no complaints about their customer service.

Now, the products they sell are a hit or miss. More often, for me, they are a miss. Clothing material can be thin or sewn uneven, and the sizing is confusing. Some items just don't do what they claim to do. It can be disappointing, but you get what you pay for. On the flip side, Wish has a lot of unique items and the jewelry tends to be pretty good.

Their First Look program (if you qualify) is awesome, but it only works every few months. They also have a daily raffle that is cool I'm not very lucky on that one, but I keep trying anyway.

I guess my main point is that Wish can be a lot of fun as long as you understand that not everything is going to look like the pictures and you have the patience to wait for delivery.

I am a very good customer of Wish and spent a lot of money. I've bought quite a few clothes; two shirts, white suit, white jacket, two t-shirts, and they sent the wrong ones. Their logo, "watching your back," should be watching the firm's bank. I've tried over the last year to contact customer service (that's a joke) to no joy, in order to return my items as their sizes are VERY SMALL. I know they say this when ordering, but they are REALLY SMALL. Anyway, I'm now stuck with all these clothes that are no good to me and past return date (that's if I could have), so I would definitely not recommend their company's for clothes. An extremely bad experience.

I love Wish! I use it all the time, and I’ve gotten a lot of products that I use all the time! Most are very practical and nice, and only a few I didn’t like. It’s so much cheaper and easier than buying things for triple or more the price!

Wish is great. It's like a mall, all on one site; you can find anything from makeup to gazebos. I do suggest when ordering clothes to order a few sizes larger as they are made small. Have fun and shop away.

My first time ever trying to purchase on Wish.com and they declined my debit card over three times then said my address was wrong, then asked for a bank statement showing previous purchase (which I do not have). This site is ridiculous and fraudulent. My aunt recommended the site to me and they have completely been so unhelpful, rude, and there's no helpline what-so-ever. All there is for help is an email address, and they either respond or don't. Beware of trying to use this site and or purchase from them.

I have tried to buy some products on Wish.com. But every item I choose is sold out. Literally every item! From clothes to jewelry to pet supplies.

I tried reaching out to customer support. I don't know what kind of people work there, but if you tell someone that everything is sold out, they must know that something is wrong. She just told me to try and find the item at a different seller. Guess what? Sold out!

Bad website, bad customer service. I am still hoping that someone from Wish will get in contact with me to help me solve this problem.

I love Wish but have had nothing but issues with them. It's very annoying you can only speak to them through email. No one understands anything you're trying to say. They have a block on my account cause I'm supposed to verify it's really me, by showing a bank statement of a recent Wish purchase. I have not purchased anything from them in a very long time, and so I have no statements to show! And they still won't take off the hold. No one is understanding what I'm saying, that I have no way to show statements if I haven't purchased anything!

I am very upset and deleting my account. I shouldn't have to verify anything when I've had this account for years and never had to before. Horrible costumer service. If I'm arguing with them about it really being me, then that should be a hint that it's really me on the account!

I found most of the items I received to be very cheaply made. Then again, you get what you pay for I guess. But also, other items that were only partially received, the company kept going back-and-forth as to why you received it, knowing I had two pieces in the order but only received one. After going back-and-forth with this for almost three weeks I finally just deleted that app. Poor business. I would not advise anyone to do business with them. It would totally be a different story if they backed what they said.

Wish is not all bad. Remember, the stock comes from China and has similar branding and advertising. Wish is like walking into China mall. They oversell the products.

I try not to spend too much on this site, only take the free stuff. But I read the descriptions first. A free laptop seems nice until you see in the description area is states USB hub.

I enjoy Wish; it's fun. I received my free watch, wear it to work and wrote a review for Wish that I was happy. It took about a month, but free is free.

Compulsive buying will get you a bracelet or a rubber keyboard cover. Read the descriptions, and you'll save yourself a lot of headaches.

Wish customer support is bad. I ordered four bath towels and two plastic toothpaste rollers. I received the toothpaste rollers, which are cheap dollar store products. Not heavy at all. For the total order, I paid $12 shipping. I never received the towels so I requested a refund. Wish refunded me $2 for shipping, telling me the whole order was $12 so they would refund the rest. The $2 refund was for a pink towel. Amber with customer service said I would get the refund because there was more to the order. She was right; the two toothpaste rollers were well worth $10.

Do not order from Wish. It is all cheap Chinese dollar store crap. You pay more in shipping. I hope this helps.
